Petition to make Glen Doherty & Tyrone Woods eligible for the Medal of Honor

Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods’s heroic actions in Benghazi on September 11, 2012 give good reason for their being considered for the Medal of Honor; however, they (as I understand it) are ineligible because they were not on active duty at the time of their actions.
Therefore, the purpose of my petition is to request that they be retroactively recalled to active duty in the U.S. Navy affective September 10, 2012. Thus making them eligible to be considered for the award.

The map indicates the addresses of all pistol permit holders in Westchester and Rockland counties. Each dot represents an individual permit holder licensed to own a handgun — a pistol or revolver. The data does not include owners of long guns — rifles or shotguns — which can be purchased without a permit. Being included in this map does not mean the individual at a specific location owns a weapon, just that they are licensed to do so.Not only does this make legal gun owners targets for harassment but also puts their unarmed neighbors in danger. For a criminal not knowing which person has a weapon is a big part of the deterrent. I have contacted the website for comment, I will update this post when or if a response is received.
Data for all permit categories, unrestricted carry, premises, business, employment, target and hunting, is included, but permit information is not available on an individual basis.
To create the map, The Journal News submitted Freedom of Information requests for the names and addresses of all pistol permit holders in Westchester, Rockland and Putnam. By state law, the information is public record.

Despite the headline the CIA really does not dispute the key issues that they decry. They actually take issue with the scope of the efforts and the implications of the use of enhanced interrogation (although they acknowledged it could have been a factor). The fact that the main stream media is giving this so much play is a good sign that the movie is actually pretty good.

Anonymous Going After Westboro Baptist Church Loons

Memorial Tribute To My Beloved Pet
I posted this on Facebook a few days ago but I wanted a more public memorial for my believed pet, so here it is
At about 12:05 PM on December 12,2012 I was sitting on the couch with my dog Babydog. She was looking very weak and her breathing was more labored than it had been thus far. My heart went out to my suffering dog and I prayed that the time until our 2:15 appointment to have her put into her final sleep would pass quickly.
I stroked her head and told her that if she need to go then to please don’t stay on my account. I am not sure if I was saying that to her or asking God to end her suffering. I put on Taylor Swift/Civil Wars “Safe and Sound.” Within moments, her breathing got very labored and I picked her up and held her against my chest and looked into her eyes. Before the song ended, she took two gasps and left this world.
The last day of her life was one filled with love and affection and she left this world in the arms of the person she loved the more than anyone and who loved her the most. I am thankful to God for having had her in my life and for letting her last moments be as loving as anyone could have hoped.
When I took her to the vet to make final arrangements, I had the vet tech read the following prayer because I could not get the worlds out:
Heavenly Father, Creator of all things, thank you for having entrusted us with a loyal pet. Thank you for letting her teach us unselfish love. Thank you for the memories that we can recall to brighten our days for the rest of our lives. Finally, in gratitude, we return our pet to you. Amen.
